Loaded Pepperoni Pizza Dip

Ingredients:

8 oz block cream cheese softened
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 cup pizza sauce (whatever your favorite is)
10 pepperoni slices diced up (these will go in the middle of the dip)
15-20 whole pepperoni slices to cover the top of the dip

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375F. DO NOT SPRAY the cooking pan!!! The cream cheese will just slide everywhere and not spread, trust me!

2. Evenly spread the cream cheese on the bottom of the pie pan using a spatula, it doesn’t have to be perfect.

3. Evenly sprinkle 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese over the cream cheese

4. Evenly sprinkle ½ cup parmesan cheese over the mozzarella

5. Add the diced pepperoni over the cheeses

6. Add the pizza sauce to cover the cheese and spread evenly with a spatula if needed

7. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup mozzarella and ½ cup parmesan cheese on top

8. Top with 15-20 whole pepperoni slices to cover the top of the dip

9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Serve with warmed French bread, pita chips or crackers.
